Banana Sour Cream Cake

Ingredient -
- 2      cups          Sugar
- 1 cup Oil
- 4 Eggs
- 2 cups Banana -- mashed
- 2 teaspoons Vanilla
- 1 cup Sour cream
- 4 cups Flour
- 2 teaspoons Baking powder
- 2 teaspoons Baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1 cup Nuts -- chopped
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon

Preparation Method

  • Cream sugar, oil, add eggs, beat. Add mashed bananas, vanilla, sour cream.
  • Add flour, baking powder, soda and salt. Mix filling ingredients and set aside.
  • In a greased and floured tube or bundt pan, put 1/3 of the batter.
  • A layer of filling and repeat until all batter and filling have been used.
  • Bake 350 degrees for 40 to 45 min.
