Reindeer or Buckaroo Bull Cut-Up Cake

Instructions:

- 1 (13x9") cake, cooled
- 2-2/3 cups Chocolate Frosting
- 2-2/3 cups Chocolate-coated Coconut
- 2 white candy wafers (for eyes)
- 2 round black candies (for eyeballs)
- Red licorice Sticks (for Antlers)
- Red and green chewy candies (for nose and garland)
- Green gumdrop spearmint leaves (for holly leaves)
- Red cinnamon candies (for holly berries)

Directions:

Cut cake as shown in illustration below.

Using small amount of frosting to hold pieces together, arrange cake on serving tray as shown in photograph.

Frost cake with remaining frosting. Sprinkle with chocolate-coated coconut. Decorate cake as shown in photograph using remaining items listed in the ingredients.

BUCKAROO BULL: This cut-up shape can easily be made into a bull. In place of the candy decorations used for reindeer: bend one red licorice stick to form a nose ring, place two yellow chewy candies for nostrils, flatten two large red gumdrops for eyes and add two black chewy candies for eyeballs.
